  John and Debbie were very friendly and helpful to deal with at a very hard time in our lives.Our father passed away suddenly and they were very compasionate.Answered every question and made it a very easy process.Thank you again.

  The gentlemen helping my family really did not seem to care much about anything except for business. Which was fine except my mother (a next of kin out of 3) is a paranoid schizophrenic and really did not need to know that her mom's eyes had just been taken (she was a donor). Nor did she need to know what exactly cremation entailed. My aunts told this to the guy, but he wouldn't listen.
  So thanks buddy, now I get to deal with a mentally ill person calling me freaking about her mom's eyes and body at 1am. Next time you should listen to people, or call their guardian before you completely screw someone up worse than they already are.
  other than that, i guess they were alright for pricing....

  I say I'm seeking a lawyer due to them not sending me my fathers remains. And when I found out that our father passed a lady said oh well I have him still in a urn. She said she will not send us his ashes so we can lay him at rest that they put in a lot of money really. I do t know that side of family. But he is still our dad

  The staff at Autumn Funerals was so caring and compassionate. They saw to every detail for my mothers service. They made a very tough time eaiser. I would deffinetly recommend them! Thank You Autumn you were a blessing durring a difficult time.
